Our 2 year warranty covers any damage from normal wear and tear. Please contact us via the email address used for the original order and provide your order number.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- In the rare case you receive a defective product, we will immediately process an exchange.
- If you wish to return a defective product for a refund, please let us know as soon you receive your order.
- If you would like to return your order for any other reason our return window is 30 days. There is a $20 re-stocking fee per item.
- The re-stocking fee for exchanges is $15.
- Returned items must be in original condition and you are responsible for return shipping charges.
- Customized products cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
HOW DO I START A RETURN/EXCHANGE?
- Contact us at email@example.com with your order number and a clear photo of the product you wish to return/exchange.
- We will provide shipping instructions if the return request is approved.
- Refunds will be processed after the item is received in original condition to our warehouse to your original method of payment.
- We will notify you when the return is received and approved.
